The Home Edit: Frighteningly Festive

If you need me, you can find me at home, drinking apple cider, and arranging skeletons whilst ignoring the fact that it’s 92 degrees outside! The first day of fall is a week away, and even though Atlanta hasn’t yet gotten the memo, I’m feeling allll the autumn vibes. On a recent and supposedly routine (aren’t they all ha) trip to Target, I was meandering through the Halloween section and immediately became inspired by their lifesize posable skeleton. Don’t ask me why, but for some reason, I was overcome with so many Halloween décor ideas! Fast forward to an hour later, and I’m at home arranging Mr. Bones all over the house, trying to decide where I like him best…and regretting that I didn’t get him a friend.

Truth be told, I normally skip the skeleton décor and go straight for the fall and autumn-themed vignettes. I think it’s because October is usually still relatively warm in Atlanta, which makes it difficult to get into the spooky spirit. This year will apparently be the exception, though, and I’m excited to share my haunted house moments soon! Until then, I’m rounding up some of my favorite Halloween décor and sharing while it’s all still in stock!

Besides my skeleton friend, I’m most excited about all the Halloween bar and drinkware. Themed wine glasses or snack plates are such an easy way to add a festive touch to your home, without having to go all-out with your décor. One new piece I didn’t have this time last year is my dining room bar cart, and I can’t wait to style it for all of the upcoming holidays! I’m currently lusting after the skeleton hand old-fashioned glasses (part of #13 above) and the black and copper wine glasses

Do you decorate for Halloween, or do you wait for Thanksgiving/Christmas? Let me know in the comments! If you’re looking for even more fall décor ideas, click over to my Holiday Home Shop!

As always, thank you for reading and sharing! XOXO
